SM425 Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer
Teledyne Monitor Labs SM 425 is ideally suited for both compliance monitoring of diluent gas (Environmental Compliance) and Oxygen monitoring for combustion and process control applications. The SM?425 offers state of the art oxygen analysis and a rugged industrial design.
The in situ operation of the probe not only assures a rapid response to changing flue conditions, it also assures the integrity of the sample. The no compromise design fosters operator acceptance of the analytical results through the reliability of the data. The reliability of the design extends from the high quality digital components to the field-replaceable zirconium detector cell. Using modern production techniques, the zirconium oxide cell shows excellent stability over long periods and repeatable performance from cell to cell. The stability and reproducible characteristics of the cell allow it to be replaced in the field without extensive recalibration and linearization procedures.
The SM 425 Oxygen Analyzer can be used in most combustion and compliance monitoring applications. The instrument’s high accuracy and rapid response make it especially well suited as a primary sensor in combustion trim applications. With the configuration options available, virtually any combustion monitoring application can be addressed.

Teledyne Monitor Labs SM 8200 SO2, NO Multi-gas Analyzer
Teledyne Monitor Labs SM 8200 offers advanced technology for outstanding performance and reliability as an CEM or process gas analysis monitor.
The probe assembly is available in various lengths and a variety of different materials. The Instrument comes in various ranges thereby adding flexibility to a wide variety of applications. An RTD and pressure sensor is included to make correcting to standard conditions simple and accurate. A dynamic calibration port is located on the probe flange to enable protocol gases to be flooded into the measurement cavity.
An Analyzer Electronic Box houses the pneumatic controls for calibration gases and electronic controls for transceiver support.
Multiple options are available to support the SM?8200 including addition Multi I/O Module, Cal Gas Heater Assembly, Plant I/O Module and a Calibration Gas Audit Box for cylinder gas audits.

Teledyne Monitor Labs LightHawk Opacity/Dust Monitor offers advanced technology for outstanding performance and reliability as an opacity, optical density or dust concentration monitor.
Optical Head and Retro-reflector Assemblies
The optical head and retro-reflector assemblies are housed in rugged aluminum investment castings. The optical head contains the active electronics necessary to produce an electro-dynamic pulsed LED light source across the stack/duct to the retro-reflector assembly and to detect transmitted light. The sealed optical head features a Lexan keypad interface for easy interrogation and control of operating parameters while on the stack. The miniature retro-reflector in combination with an overfill light source precludes misalignment concerns on the stack or duct.
Teledyne Monitor Labs LightHawk utilizes a patented solid-state light emitted diode that is electro-dynamically pulsed by an oscillator at a frequency of 2500Hz. Unlike slowly chopped incandescent and laser light systems, this pulsed light source enables guaranteed rejection of sunlight as well as artificial light sources. The LED has a proven life in excess of ten years and is warranted by Teledyne Monitor Labs for eight years. This extended life ensures Teledyne Monitor Labs LED based opacity monitor is at the least expensive system to operate in the world. With our op-amp and special electro-optical bench design, the LED light source is extremely uniform with Ultralow drift and requires no other light source for stabilization. LaserHawk 360 PARTICULATE MATTER Monitor
for continuous particulate monitors. A complete system includes an optical head, purge system, enhanced remote panel fulfilling all QA/QC requirements. The optical head is built of heavy gauge aluminum parts and finished with acid-resistant enamel paint. All exposed hardware is stainless steel. The rugged design and extremely low heat generation allows operation over a wide range of ambient temperatures. It is built to withstand the typical hostile environment associated with outdoor industrial applications, including substantial shock and vibration.
TML has paralleled the design of the LaserHawk from its Model 560 LightHawk compliance opacity monitor and the UltraFlow-150 Ultrasonic Flow Monitor. All utilize the same Enhanced Remote Panel; communication protocols, and mounting hardware. This saves the customer valuable inventory dollars and permits the use of spares on a variety of equipment.

Purge System
A purge air system is furnished with each LaserHawk?. The system supplies purge air to the Optical Head, protecting the instruments from stack gases and significantly reducing maintenance intervals. A purge air sensing switch is provided in case of power loss or interruption. Purge fail/power fail alarm is standard.
