  • Sorbent Tube

Sorbent tube sampling is the NIOSH/OSHA approved method for collecting most hazardous gases and vapors from the air. Federal law has established permissible exposure limits (PELs) for workers' exposures to a variety of airborne chemical hazards. These limits are specified in several ways: eight-hour Time-Weighted Averages (TWAs), Short-Term Exposure Limits (STELs) and Ceiling values. Eight-hour TWA limits are specified for full-shift exposures. STELs are usually issued as 15 minute exposure limits and Ceiling values are issued as peak levels not to be exceeded at any time during the working day. Sorbent tubes have been established as a reliable tool for each of these sampling requirements.

    Impingers

Midget Impingers are Pyrex glass bubble tubes designed for the collection of airborne hazards into a liquid medium. When using a personal air sampler, a known volume of air bubbles is pumped through the glass tube that contains a liquid specified in the method. The liquid is then analyzed to determine airborne concentrations. An impinger may be mounted on the side of an air sample pump or put into a holster and placed near a worker's breathing zone.

  • The pH, conductivity, dissolved Oxygen and temperature probes are fitted with a SICRAM module, with the factory calibration settings already being memorized inside.

  • The data can be transferred from the instrument connected to a PC via the multistandard RS232C serial port or the USB 2.0-1.1 port.

  • The DeltaLog11 dedicated software (vers. 2.0 and later) allows management and configuration of the instrument, and data processing on the PC.
  • Lux Meter

The Lux Meter is portable instruments with a large LCD display. They measure illumination, luminance, PAR and irradiance (across VIS-NIR, UVA, UVB and UVC spectral regions or in the measurement of effective irradiance according to the UV action curve).
