M&C DIL-1H The electrically heated M&C dilution unit DIL-1H is used in analysis technique to dilute the sample gas or components in the sample for example in case of toxic gases, moisture measurement or emission measurement. The M&C dilution unit is based on the functional dilution technique which is proved since years in the M&C gas sample probe SP2000-H/DIL.

Their application helps avoid errors and acts as frost protection during transport of the sample gas from the sample point to the gas conditioning system or directly to a heated analyser (above dew point).

The coolers are based on the compressor cooling technology using high quality compressors and available in a number of options that include single or multiple gas paths, integrated peristaltic drain pumps and a range of various heat exchanger materials.

Heated sample hoses are used to transport the measured sample gas from the sample probe to the analysis system. The elevated temperature of the hose maintains the integrity of the sample gases without loses due to moisture drop-out or dissolution.

The hoses are manufactured using a special heating element that extends the life of the hoses and prevents “cold spots”, whilst the high quality insulation allows excellent temperature control with minimum heat loss. The hose is lightweight and flexible allowing tight bend radiuses for reduced installation time and costs.
